    The option to send to a cell phone will only appear if you choose to send your fans download links. If you choose to send your fans their purchases through file attachment, the option will not appear during checkout.

    If a user has an old cell phone, they most likely will be able to view their purchases from their phone, but will not be able to download any songs.
