    When I send requests, I have to allow norton for FanBand to access this add-on, is there a way to let norton do it?

    It's Norton's Firewall. RequestSender.exe is not an add-on, but a required application FanBand uses to send each request. Depending on your version of norton, you will have to go into Norton's firewall rules and allow this application access.
