New Features:
1. Upload Your Songs To Your Own Web Server or FanBand's Web Server -
This will allow bands to upload their songs to a web server, in case you want to include download links, but do not have your own FTP space available. You can upload songs straight to FanBand's Server.
2. FanBand's Automated Email System - When fan's make a purchase at your show, you can choose FanBand's email system to send their purchases to them, without having to use and configure your own email settings.
3. Quick Setup - A simple way of getting started so you can sell your mp3's at shows in no time.
This update is critical to users who are outside the United States (Read Below). A lot of new features have also been added:
1. A new fan can receive download links directly to their cell phone (mms) when making a purchase at a show. However, an internet connection at the show is still required, or else it will send later once a connection is available. This feature will not work for file attachments since cell phone providers will reject larger files such as mp3s.
2. A custom background image can be selected to use during checkout.
3. Currency : Users outside the U.S. can choose the Pound & Euro during checkout and while setting the mp3 and album price.
4. Europe MapQuest: Users within the U.K. and other European countries can send mapquest links to their upcoming shows when a new fan makes a purchase at a show.
